Get Rid of a Ticket

This is the steps I took to get rid of my Ticket.

Please note I did this after I finished Recording my AOR freedom bundle Level 1, Form 56 Level 2 and my Trust. 

Documents: 

• Freedom bundle - copy 
• Form 56 - copy
• Notice of Trust Affidavit - copy
• Affidavit of inability to pay cost and fees
• Payment of debt letter to settle the ticket
• Remi Motion to dismiss
• Fire your case 
• Click Here

Give them 21 days to Dismiss/Close the case.  It is even best to print out 2 copies, 1 to send to the courthouse and 1 for yourself. Your building your case. 

While Waiting the 21 days do the UCC 1 Process to be the Secured Party Creditor Click Here

Take a Registered number and place it on the header of each:

1. Affidavit of inability to pay cost and Fees
2. Payment of debt letter
3. Remi Motion to dismiss
4. Fire your case

Fire your case:

This is for any documents you either signed un-knowing you contracted or if they respond back trying to contract with you. You can also print out the ticket on paper or write the fire your case across on a 45 degree angle. Print this front and back of every page they send you either by mail or copies you may already have. Keep copies for your record as well. See example Click Here

Stamp:

By stamping the top right of each page front and back makes you the Postmaster. By signing your name :First-Middle : Last in Purple on a 45 degree angle with a red thump print takes the document out of the courthouse subject matter jurisdiction into world UPU jurisdiction. Flag:

Keep the flag because this is establishing your jurisdiction under civil peace. This is showing your not under their corporate flag. For more info on flags Click Here

Mail the packed registered mail, signature required with return receipt. You may get a letter from the court that they are looking into the case, this is good.  They may swap judges on you. Sent a judgment un-rebuttal affidavit with a default to the judge with the return receipt proof of service. Click Here
