We are a group of Thousands of people in the united States for America who have discovered FRAUD imposed on every American and wish to share how to save our country. 

We have a mission and plan of how to take our country back and become We the People again. We ask All Americans to take Americas Assembly seriously and join us in this spiritual battle and correct the runaway GOVERNMENT that is controlling us, rather than us who are the Government, being the Government.  

To take our country back, we must first have the knowledge of American History not U.S. History. You most likely already know that everything we have been told is a lie and that GOVERNMENT has controlled the narrative through media. It is now the time to educate the people of the truth and how we got to this place of GOVERNEMNT RULE. Most importantly, to educate the people on how to fix and correct the direction back to a lawful Government. 

What you may not know, is this was planned for over one hundred and fifty years. Making all citizens of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA slaves by the way of an unlawful conversion of All Americans. All Americans are born American State Nationals, converted to citizens after birth by GOVERNMENT.  

Every major business, State, and even you are incorporated, yes even you are considered a corporation. GOVERNMENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a corporation and made you a CORPORATION under citizenship when they registered you with your birth certificate. We, America’s Assembly would like to share how to become free from the CORPORATE GOVERNMENT and correct your status, standing and jurisdiction back to your birth rights. 

Did You Know .............

1.You should be a free American, not an enslaved US Citizen? 

. You were born a FREE non-citizen National of the state you were born, changed by GOVERNMENT to a CITIZEN (slave) by your birth certificate. Citizens are slaves and cannot own anything and have no rights. 

  2. The difference between an American and a US Citizen?

. A legal person is property, a CORPORATE fiction that is responsible for ALL debt! A non-citizen National is free from CORPORATE GOVERNMENT and has no jurisdiction over a non-citizen National. 

3. The difference between a legal person and a non-citizen National? 

. The Birth certificate created unlawful conversion and registered you from a non-citizen National to a U.S. Citizen without disclosure. A citizen has no rights at all. GOVERNEMENT only makes people believe they have rights, lying to all Americans. 

4. You were born a non-citizen National? 

. The citizen is a CORPORATION, a dead entity, a fiction, a Slave controlled by GOVERNMENT. A Fiction, just look at any I.D. and see your ALL-CAPS NAME on your identification. GOVERNMENT made you a strawman with the use of an ALL-CAPS NAME. JOHN DOE SMITH = dead or lost at sea. 

5. A definition of a "Citizen" means slave under Roman Law? 

. Citizens translates to person which means property, all laws in THE UNITED STATES are rules, codes, statutes, and procedures, not laws. The GOVERNMENT owns all citizens imposing foreign laws, these are not our constitution American laws. 

6. Most people are not liable to pay income tax? 

. If your earnings do not come from any federal source, then income tax is voluntary. Only citizens are forced to pay taxes. non-citizen Nationals are not obligated to pay federal or state taxes. 

7. Your birth certificate is bonded and traded on the New York Stock Exchange? 

. Your birth certificate is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, sometimes Billions. You can take your trust back from GOVERNMENT and discharge all debt that is tied to your STRAWMAN NAME. 

8. The Government created a trust in your name when you were registered by your birth certificate?

. It is called a “Minor Trust Account”. You were a baby when this account was created, therefore it is called a “Minor Trust”. 

9. Through your birth certificate, you become a ward of the state until you were 18 years old, and still considered a minor no matter what your age is

. At birth, a "Cestui Que Vie" Trust was created in your name, A Minor Trust. Where all financed purchases benefit the Government and NOT you. Plus, all citizens are put into prisons, jails, ticketed without even committing a crime. This is because citizens are all wards of the state. All citizen children can be taken from parents without cause. All American citizens are wards of states. 

10. All banking is fraud? 

. There is no money in the UNITED STATES, just treasury notes. The Banks are loaning you your own credits from your trust account. Any statement that you receive with your ALL-CAPS NAME is pre-paid. 

11. Your mortgage has already been paid in full, from your trust? 

. Banks loan you your own credits from your minor trust all prepaid credit and then you pay it back plus interest. Even though the loan was paid in full at the time of signing your loan documents.

12.You have no Constitutional Rights as a US Citizen? Anything you register does not belong to you? 

. Registered privileges, such as Automobiles and Property, are actually an ad-valorem tax which is unlawful conversion of private to Commercial property for purposes of Fraud.

13. The definition of the word LAW. 

. Land, Air and Water. These are the three jurisdictions of LAW. GOVENRMENT keeps all citizens under the jurisdiction of the water, maritime law, roman law and because THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN was INCORPORATED, they cannot use the Land or Air jurisdictions. Dead persons (property, citizens) cannot hold Land and Air jurisdiction. Only living Men and Women can be in all three jurisdictions.  A non-citizen National holds all three jurisdictions.
